Return, Refund and Replacement Policy

Return / Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You may return the Anki Remote within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@ankiremote.com
  • Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will send your return label through email.
    • You have 14 days to process the return. After the given period, the return label will be voided, and the order will no longer be eligible for return-refund.

Refund:

  • Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • Once done with inspecting the item, we will initiate a refund to your bank account.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs for return items are shouldered by the buyer and will be deducted once we issue the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Replacement Policy

At Anki Remote, we are committed to ensuring that you have a seamless and enjoyable experience with our products. If you encounter any issues with your Anki Remote, we are here to assist you with a replacement.

Eligibility for Replacements:

  • Anki Remote products are eligible for replacement within 60 days from the date of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at support@ankiremote.com immediately.
  • Provide a video of your remote that shows its issue so our technical team can review it and assess your situation.

Verification and Approval:

  • Our customer service team will review your request and may ask for additional information or images to verify the issue.
  • Once approved, we will ask for your shipping address and arrange the shipment of your replacement.

Shipping Costs:

  • We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item if the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

Exclusion:

  • Replacements are not available for items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.

Timeframe for Replacement:

  • Replacement items will be shipped to you within 1-2 days of the approval of your replacement request.
